If a run fails, its credits are refunded automatically. Credits never expire; they stay on your account until used.

Using the API? The same prepaid credits apply — no plan is needed for the API, and API run results stay available for 7 days after completion.

Good to know

Are AI credits included?
No. Every plan uses prepaid pay-as-you-go credits for AI workflow runs. Storage plans add durable storage only.
How long is my media kept?
Studio project media is durable and quota-limited on every tier — 500 MB free on Starter, more with a storage plan — and nothing is ever deleted for quota reasons. API run results are accessible for 7 days after completion.
Do API runs use my Studio storage?
No. API run results live in a separate results store and never count against your Studio storage quota. The quota covers durable Studio project media only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately — you pay only the prorated difference, and everything you have stored stays exactly where it is. Cancellation is available anytime from billing.
What happens when storage is full?
Nothing is ever deleted. Everything you have made stays safe and available; adding new media simply waits until you upgrade to a larger plan.
